From his forge in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, Maine native David Burtt offers finely crafted custom hand-forged ornamental and architectural ironwork including lighting, door and cabinet hardware, sculpture, fireplace tools and screens, knives and axes, gates, and railings. Additional specialties include contemporary and historic repairs, restoration, and reproduction. 

 

David possesses over thirty years of traditional blacksmithing experience and over twenty years’ experience as a blacksmithing teacher.
